Post-tournament: Clay Center FLL competition webpage Hundreds of photos from the tournament! Pre-tournament: 2009 FIRST LEGO League Robotics CompetitionDecember 12, 2008 at the Clay Center at the Dexter and Southfield Schools 20 Newton Street, Brookline, Massachusetts Thirty-four teams of students ages 9-14 have been preparing their robots and studying the effects of transportation issues since September. Watch the robots compete head-to-head to see which teams will go on to the Massachusetts State Finals! Attendance is Free and OPEN to the PUBLIC When arriving, please follow the signs to “event parking” and obey instructions of parking assistants. Enter the Clay Center through the main entrance. Registration runs from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Open tournament competition runs from 9:00 a.m. until 12:40 p.m., and again from 1:10 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.Awards will be from 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Come to learn more about FIRST LEGO League, view the poster presentations on global warming, or just to cheer on the students!
